Returns and Exchanges
- Customers may return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days after we receive the return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
- International customers are responsible for all shipping costs and any customs fees.
- Please allow up to 14 days for international returns to be processed.
- Gifts can be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item.
- A gift receipt is required for all gift returns.
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
- Proper care of your jewelry is essential. We are not responsible for damage due to wear and tear or improper care.
- We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased before a sale.
